Mission Statement: To provide volunteer safety/communication for either short or long term assistance to our Chalfont Friends.

Chalfont Place has always been known as a very friendly and caring neighborhood.  Our community has a wide range of neighbors from original homeowners to those who have just moved into Chalfont.  We recognize that we all need some form of help from time to time.

Perhaps it’s chicken soup when you have the flu or help with groceries; a ride when you’ve a broken leg or arm, help with a dead battery or assistance with mail or trash. It could  be as simple as a signal that you are up and around or a few minutes chat over coffee or help with a walk around the block…for you or your pet.  We also have a large number of single homeowners who may want/need assistance with notifying a family member in an emergency since they don’t have another person in the home to make the contact. It could be where one of a couple is ill and the other, the caregiver, could use a friendly face…….and the needs go on.

Therefore, we have created Chalfont’s FAN Club…..Friends Are Near.

We are currently seeking a volunteer to manage the FAN Club.
